All sales are final. We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges.
All items are custom made to order, and that prohibits us from being able to re-sell your items.

If there is a mistake that was made on MY part, I will take responsibility for the mistake.

I will allow the return and replace it with the corrected Item.

We do our best to ensure you receive a high quality product(s) you will love before it leaves our hands.

Please remember that I am human and do make the occasional mistake.
