WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME?

To ensure we are sending out the highest quality product, we take our time making sure everything you receive is as close to perfect as we can get it!

Due to supply chain issues, turnaround times may vary, but will stay updated within this site.

Turnaround times could potentially be quicker if the material of the items ordered are in stock. Please note these times do not include shipping time, holidays, or weekends. 

Custom Tumblers:  3-6 weeks

Ready To Ship Items:  will ship in 1-2 weeks UNLESS ordered with any custom item(s).

TUMBLER CARE

Included in your Tumbler purchase will be a care card. Please read & follow as instructed.

Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking and ruining the artwork.
• Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.

Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. The last thing you want is a ruined item.
